Dr. JENNIFER DAVIS, a.k.a. Dr. Jenn is a native of the Bahamas where she developed her interest in sports and competition. Dr. Jenn’s drive and ambition has placed her in athletic arenas that have allowed her to use her passion on the world’s stage. Her focus is Sports Specific Rehabilitation but her degree as Doctor of Chiropractic has allowed her to change the rehabilitation game for all of the athletes and patients that she serves. Dr. Jenn has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas. She is currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Florida and The Bahamas. Dr. Jenn takes a personal interest in her patients and listens earnestly. She treats every patient uniquely. Her personalized treatment plans allow her to be able to provide the maximum therapeutic benefit to the patients/athletes she treats.

Dr. Jenn’s knowledge and experience have created opportunities to take her superior care to international competition and professional athletic care. A few of her accolades include:

 

Team Bahamas Chiropractor London Olympics 2012 and Rio Olympics 2016. Dr. Jenn holds the distinct honor of being the first Bahamian Chiropractor to treat athletes at the Olympic Games.

In addition to her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, Dr. Jenn holds many specialized certifications to enhance her skills and treatment options. These include the honored and rare qualifications of :

ICCSP (Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner)

DACBSP (Diplomate American Board of Chiropractic Sports Practitioner)

CCSP (Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner)

 

She also specializes and teaches the art of Dry Needling to other professionals. She represents RockTape who has certified her as a Rock Tape Performance and Functional Movement Taping Practitioner. Dr. Jenn is certified as CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner), CKTP (Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner).

Dr. Jenn is a gifted Doctor and practitioner who takes the time to listen to understand the needs of the individuals she serves.  As she continues to grow within her career, the sky is the only limit as to what she will achieve!

Rooja is a dynamic executive leader with over a decade of experience in healthcare innovation, sports performance operations, and athlete-centered care.

 

As CEO and Founder of Kaizen Chiropractic, she brings together strategic business acumen and a passion for optimizing recovery and performance outcomes for athletes of all levels.

​

Rooja holds an Executive MBA from the University of East London and is a Certified Sports Medicine Trainer. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans  elite sports medicine practices, and cutting-edge performance technologies 

​

Before founding Kaizen Chiropractic, Rooja served as a top Project Manager for Tesla, overseeing multi-million-dollar renewable energy projects. Her sports medicine experience includes working on medical teams at international events such as the Paris 2024 Olympics and Super Bowl LVIII.

​

Rooja is passionate about creating environments that support peak performance, recovery, and longevity in sport. She has served on advisory boards in the wellness space, and is dedicated to improving patient and athlete experiences through continuous education, innovation, and global collaboration.

​

Fluent in Farsi, Turkish, and Pashto, Rooja brings a culturally informed and globally minded perspective to her work. Outside of the clinic, she is an advocate for community wellness, animal welfare, and empowering others through education and leadership.
