Dr. Jennifer Davis, a.k.a. Dr. Jenn is a native of the Bahamas, where she developed her interest in sports and competition.

Dr. Jenn’s drive and ambition has placed her in athletic arenas that have allowed her to use her passion on the world’s stage. Her focus is Sports Specific Rehabilitation but her degree as Doctor of Chiropractic has allowed her to change the rehabilitation game for all of the athletes and patients that she serves.
Dr. Jenn has a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas , and aBachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia . She is currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Florida.

Dr. Jenn takes a personal interest in her patients and listens earnestly. She treats every patient uniquely. Her personalized treatment plans able to provide the maximum benefit to the patients/athletes she serves.

She is s an accomplished business professional and project manager with extensive background in engineering, business development, branding and customer experience. She has successfully developed the largest MedSpa with multiple locations throughout the country. Before devoting her work full time to Kaizen Chiropractic, for many years Rooja served as a top Project Manager for Tesla.

Rooja’s passion for helping people can be traced back to her childhood.
She likes helping people be happy, healthy and excited about life. Over the past 10 years Ms. Baghaeiamri has orchestrated key business strategies to enhance service, scope, and partnership relationships. She employs her extensive experience and expertise to facilitate and ensure the best patient and facility experience possible.
Outside of the office, Rooja is committed to continued education
and ways to give back to those around her. She’s fluent in Farsi, Turkish and Pashto.
